Do I need Smart Office?
No. SmartViewz has a native Smart Office by Zinnia integration, and it also works from any CSV export.
Are features limited on the cheaper plans?
No. Every tier has every feature; the tiers differ by number of users, organization size and support level.
How is my data protected?
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest and row-level security, on SOC 2 Type II audited infrastructure. SmartViewz's own SOC 2 audit is in progress.
