Who we are
The Agent's Edge is operated by BotMakers, Inc., 6725 South Fry Road #321, Katy, Texas 77494. BotMakers, Inc. also builds and operates the tools featured on this site: Jordyn, SmartViewz, Docs2Video, VidWiz and One Dollar Decks.
Information you give us
When you fill out the Get Started form we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), agency name, role, agency size, the tools you are interested in, any message you write, and whether you agreed to be contacted by phone or text.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. When you send the Get Started form, we store the date and time, your IP address and your browser type with it as a record of what you agreed to. If you arrived from a link with campaign tags (for example utm_source), we store those tags and the referring page with it too.
This site does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it does not set cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
How we use it
- To respond to you and help you get started with the tools you choose
- To send you information about those tools, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse
- To understand which pages and links bring people to us, so we can improve the site
- To meet legal obligations
Calls and text messages
We call or text you only if you give us your phone number and agree to it on the form. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Who we share it with
- The BotMakers, Inc. tools you ask about, so they can set you up and follow up with you
- Service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you, such as our hosting provider and the email, phone and customer-management systems behind Jordyn, under confidentiality obligations
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our relationship, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices and rights
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing tdaniel@botmakers.ai. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Depending on where you live, including California, Texas and other states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights over your personal information. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for insurance professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Other websites
Links to other sites, including each tool's own website, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
