More of your weekwith clients.

You're the advisor, the receptionist, the marketing department and the back office. These tools take the parts of the week that aren't advice, so more of it goes to the people you serve.

Questions

Good to know

Which tool should I start with?

The one that fixes your biggest headache. Missed calls: Jordyn. Knowing where your book needs attention: SmartViewz. Clients who never read the documents: Docs2Video. Video for social: VidWiz. Seminars and reviews: One Dollar Decks.

Do my videos and decks need approval?

Usually, yes. Client-facing material such as videos, decks and ads generally needs approval under your carriers' and IMO's advertising rules before it goes out. The tools make the material; the approval process stays yours.

I'm a captive agent. Can I use these?

Check your company's technology and advertising policies first. Many captive carriers limit which outside tools can handle client data or produce client-facing material.
